Non-Refundable Fees
Pan-Atlantic School of Business & Management maintains a strict policy regarding the refund of tuition fees. Any application for a refund made less than 7 days prior to the commencement date of the Course will not be eligible for a refund. This policy is in accordance with the terms outlined in the Study Contract with Pan-Atlantic School of Business & Management. It is imperative that students familiarize themselves with the contractual obligations to avoid any misunderstandings regarding refund eligibility.
Disbursements To 3rd Parties:
Any fees payable by the School on behalf of the student or in connection with the student’s application to a third party (for example, tuition, courier fees, Registration fees payable to the partnering universities, accrediting bodies, Progression Fees etc.) are non-refundable and non-transferable
General Refund Policy
There would be no refund for any direct application (for Tuition Fee refund) made less than 7 days to the commencement date of the Course.
Administrative Charge:
All applications for a Tuition Fee refund are subject to an administrative charge. This would be detailed on your Invoice or Payment Page.
Method Of Payment:
If a refund request is approved under exceptional circumstances, it will be processed in the same currency (at the conversion rate during the period of payment), through the same method (bank transfer or card payment), and to the same account (bank or specific card used) as the original payment. Evidence of payment and a copy of the bank statement may be required to verify details. This compliance measure is in line with money laundering regulations, and no exceptions can be made.
